For the uninitiated: West Coast Double IPA does not compromise. It’s dry, bitter, dank, and fruity in the right places. Nothing soft and pillowy here. We taste pine needles, strawberry, sweet orange, and kush, bitterness units: 90.
Hop varieties / products: selected Simcoe® (YCH 803 Trial, T-90, Cryo® , HyperBoost™), Cascade (T-90, Cryo®).
