We’ve been a little bit Galaxy shy for the last few years, but we’ve been working on process and technique in using this challenging varietal and it’s paying off!

This big ol’ Double was 100% hot side hopped with Citra, double dry hopped Citra, El Dorado, a heavy hand of Galaxy, and layered from start to finish with Mosaic advanced hop products.

We’re not gonna lie – this one is green and bitey, but give it some time and those beautiful passionfruit, peach, and grapefruit notes will shine through sooner than later!
