Fermented with our crisp, clean California Ale yeast from White Labs, it lets the Cascade and Amarillo from Crosby Hops shine—radiating citrus, grapefruit peel, floral tones, dank herbs, resin, and a subtle hint of fruit. Brewed with extra pale malt plus a touch of malted wheat and dextrin malt for added body and lasting foam, it delivers bold bitterness and a refreshingly dry, snappy finish.
