Put a feather in your cap old chap!
The ever-humble Andris of @arpusbrewing flew to our little brewery and pub last April to take over our taps and help us sing the song of hop and fruit-filled delights!
We surveyed the land from above and collected the most attractive bush and tree-borne bounties to spawn a life-giving sour nectar jam-packed with over 400 g. / L of blackberry, raspberry, orange, and sea buckthorn purée and concentrate that was finished with honey, vanilla, and sea salt.
Rearing this fledging was a challenge, but it managed to spread its wings and take oa beautifully.
