For Green Whip we tore up the proverbial rule book in the name of reaching new levels of flavour and aroma. A modified low temperature whirlpool of nugget and citra provided an exceptional base layer of flavour and bitterness to build on. Then during fermentation, we optimised hopping rates, temperature and yeast performance to create the precise character we were looking for. Multiple hop additions starting with Columbus and Comet ending with a Citra Cryo and Cryo-Pop blend gave us the mind melting blend of dank and resinous with citrus and tropical fruit.
