This Berliner Weisse was aged in Burgundian Chardonnay barrels for 10 months with a single strain of Brettanomyces.

Prior to packaging, the beer was dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Ekuanot hops.

The result is a sour and funky beer bursting with passion fruit and pineapple aromas.
