The super soft and pillowy body of this luscious Double IPA provides the perfect base for Galaxy in the whirlpool assisted by a rather grand amount of Eclipse, Idaho7, Enigma and Talus in the dry hop.
The nose offers layers of sweet tropical fruit and pineapple and complements the clear notes of a tropical fruit salad combined with crème caramel and a pleasant dankness in the taste. The finish is soft with a light bitterness and piney aftertaste.
